Orders and Delivery

Orders placed before 2 PM are eligible for same-day delivery across London. Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery window for a full refund. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. If your arrangement arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 hours with a photo for a replacement or refund.

Each arrangement is unique — no two are identical. Images on our site are representative of style and scale, not exact replicas. Seasonal availability may require substitutions of equal or greater value.
